Delivery and returns

Within Switzerland, we ship our sunglasses with the Swiss Post within 2-5 working days. For orders outside Switzerland, delivery is carried out by the Swiss Post and its partners in the respective countries. Please note that additional customs fees will be incurred.

If you don't like something or something doesn't fit, you can return the sunglasses you ordered to us within 14 days of receipt (from the date of delivery). The goods must be in perfect and undamaged condition, unused and in their original packaging, otherwise the right of return expires. The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method as you paid.

The costs and risks associated with a return are entirely at your expense.

Please inform us by email if you want to return a product. So that we can check the return, please enclose a copy of your order confirmation. You can then send the package to the following address:

We reserve the right to return to you any goods which we believe have been used or are not in their original condition and to charge you for part or all of the value of the goods.

If you no longer wish to accept an order due to delayed delivery, it is your obligation to cancel the order properly. If the ordered goods have already been dispatched, you are obliged to accept them. The return must then be treated properly as a return within 14 days, as mentioned above.

If an item is no longer available, we have the right to cancel the purchase and refund you the amount paid. We must inform you if the item has been replaced or if equivalent items are available.
